Class Schedule
Avon Elementary March 25-April 29 (no class April 15) at 7pm *HypnoBirthing is an approved prepared childbirth education program. Therefore, all or a portion of your course fee may be reimbursable by your insurance company. Registration The HypnoBirthing course consists of five, 2 1/2 hour classes, one night per week. The course fee includes personalized training with a Certified Hypnotist, the book HypnoBirthing® - A Celebration of Life, by Marie Mongan, the Rainbow Relaxation audio CD, and multiple informational handouts. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required, and is due 7 days prior to the first class. The balance is due no later than the end of the first class. The entire course fee may be paid in full during registration. For your convenience, we accept payments by check or PayPal. Class space is limited, so early registration is highly recommended. We find that smaller classes are more comfortable for everyone. The classes are for mom and her birth companion, but you may also bring another family member, provided that space is available. If you wish to bring an additional person to class, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that space is available. Since this is an intensive course and relaxation and focus are required, children are not permitted to attend. Tuition Discount Private Classes *Private classes and sessions are scheduled on an individual basis. High-Risk Private Classes If you are experiencing difficulty with your pregnancy, we can schedule private classes and hypnosis sessions to maximize your outcome. Some of the things we may be able to assist you with is high blood pressure, turning breech babies, preventing prematurity, maintaining relaxation before, during and after a cesarean, and accelerated healing after cesarean.
