HypnoBirthing Childbirth Education

Picture
Learn relaxation techniques to eliminate fear, tension, and pain. Achieve birth fulfillment, awake and alert, in a totally relaxed state of mind and body

One HypnoBirthing® course consists of five, 2 ½ hour classes, or as four, 3 hour classes. I offer both group and private classes.

While HypnoBirthing® is a benefit at any stage of pregnancy, it is recommended that classes be taken no later than the beginning of the third trimester. In order to achieve a calm and gentle birth, you and your birth companion will need sufficient time to practice the techniques, in order to empower you with the skills and confidence to achieve the birth you desire. It is never too late, so even a late introduction is highly beneficial
