I have struggled with health problems for most of my life including fibromyalgia, depression, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and insomnia. This lead me on a quest to find true health. What I found was a whole other world of healing that I could have never believe existed before. I now have a better understanding of the power of the mind and I am continually expanding my knowledge of health and healing through several modalities.

I received training in hypnosis, stress management and motivational coaching at the Minnesota Institute of Communication Skills with Devin Hastings.

I am a HypnoBirthing® practitioner, and studied with
Marie Mongan.

I have completed a wonderful two year program with the SEND Institute. SEND is taught by three talented sisters in St Cloud, MN- Tracy Flynn Bowe, Kate Flynn and Meg Flynn. This program also features medical intuitive, Hay House author, and national lecturer, Dr. Carol Ritberger.

I am fortunate to have been able to study with Carol to become a facilitator for the Personality Color Indicator (PCI)™. This assessment is very helpful for learning more about yourself, and how different personalities can work together.
